I just got too many sites to maintain and I need some funding for a project and this site needs to go.

Pagerank 5... And it has alot of Pagerank 4,3 on the other pages.
The site's got no revenue on ads, but It did earn on selling blog posts and some links from this site.
Site's well optimized and has been featured on CSS Galleries and Design Inspirations alot of time.
It's also a winner on a local contest for the keyword "Ituloy Angsulong" on Google
Although it's a local site, it's main language is English
Listed on Y! Directory
41K Links from my Google Webmaster Console, even on Y!'s Siteexplorer
It got a very good design from a well know local designer here
Traffic's averaging 150 this month, (I no longer have time to give attention to it), it peaks to 500+ a day, when featured on css galleries.

It's fairly an anything goes blog, and I talk about crap and anything.... You can prettily just follow what I'm doing or You can delete posts you don't like. The site's pretty much precious to me, BUT IT REALLY NEED TO GO because of the need for finances.
