Pr5 1+ year old site for sale

Hi, I'm putting up for sale surfinglegendsandhoaxes.com

It's a solid pr5 with a small adsense income, just recently started getting between $1 and $5 per day (33 clicks today) with it and the potential is there to improve I just don't have the time.

Some income from link sales (aprox $20/month) will get details for purchaser as I've totally lost track of the expiry of the links. (2 of the outbound links on the page right now are mine)

Last 30 days traffic av. 101 visits per day
majority of visitors from search engines

I can transfer the hosting as well but I'm just paying by the month so it's not that big of a deal, $3.99/month and I also have a dedicated ip on this which is probably not necissary.

I haven't determined a BIN yet, this was a spur of the moment idea to sell it because I need the money so give me a few hours and I'll set one.

I redesigned the site in Feb. and forgot to put the statcounter code in that's why the absence of traffic stats for a few months. Current high bid $75 for cb711

I will bid $75

 

All I do to maintain the site is to pop in a new spam, virus hoax, scam etc., email now and again into the blog. I research it (takes about 10 minutes) and write in some comments about it.

I use CARP for the rss from the blog to the main site (it's free and updates automatically) yes, the blog comes with and all of the content is written by me (some snippits in paragraphs possibly from other sources).

By the way, I got a good leap in adsense clicks by adding those silly icons next to the ads, (I find that just strange but it was advice given to me and I tried it) but I haven't done it throughout the site yet. I believe there is a great potential with more promotion and better ad placement to increase revenue here.
