    Can put it anywhere you wish. (With a bit of coding) But normally it would go in the sidebar(s). No it isn't just header or footer. You can configure :

    * how many times the ad will show up as a probability
    * stop showing ad after a certiain number of: total clicks: total views; weekly views; daily views.
    * when the banner will start showing and stop showing
