    I'm looking to buy websites that match the following criteria:

    Pagerank: 4 or higher
    Age: 4 years or older
    Domain length: Max 14 chars
    Domain names: Keyword rich domain names preferred
    Domain Extension: com, net or org only
    Language: English only
    Dropped: No
    Google Index: Yes, the more pages the better (as long as they are unique).
    Yahoo Index: Yes
    Bing Index: Yes
    Backlinks Google: 200+
    Alexa Rank: Yes, below 1 million preferred
    Compete Rank: Yes
    Traffic: At least a few a day from search engines would be great
    Preferred: Blogs
    Directories: Dmoz, Yahoo, Botw preferred
    Revenue: does not matter

    They should not match the following criteria:

    No autoblogs, warez, proxy, celebrity, file hosting, forums, sex, foreign or any other kind of websites with "questionable content". No affiliate sites, no blogs that base they value on "sponsored" advertisement.
