PR4 webmaster website with excellent traffic

    I have a big website, it earns a little revenue over google, it gets 1000 or over unique visitors a day average. and it also had over 3000 indexed pages. Im new to selling things so i dont know how much its worth, its also a PR4 and has some other inner page ranks. it's webmaster related.

    Im after $400 for the website. i think my price is fair, but like i said im new to selling things.
