    I've written all the user-end scripts from scratch. It's not templatized, meaning that HTML and PHP code are just combined and is coded with TABLES. You can manage all the contents in the Admin Panel.

    But of course, the Webmaster Directory is powered by phpLD.

    The current highest BID is $450 as seen above.

    It's in Enom and will expire on March. No I did not get any template from it. I designed it also from scratch. The site has been existed since 2004.

    Hosting is not included but could be still hosted until Jan in my host.

    Another Info: Using Text Links Ads calculator, you can sell ten (10) $14/month text links if put on the right column, so that would be $140 if ever :)

    but first you need to sell the text links!

    my own site has a price of 60$ for each link but never made a sale until now :(

    the calculator isn't a real indicator
