• the button on header have poor quality, just try to fix it
• header image quality isn't up to the mark either
• footer again has huge list of keywords i wont suggest you to keep that.

 

i think categories listing too down and maybe you can move your tag cloud to right nav

 

It loads very slow. I don't like your bottom, It looks like SPAM. Don't use such different size of the letters: the biggest and the smallest.

 

i think you should remove header and footer parts to your site because thats look not good and have got character size and font problem.

 

fix the upper buttons and try to make the page more compact - I mean on a 1024x768 resolution you have to scroll and scroll only to get an idea of the site.

Try to save some space on the header there.

well ... i think of something like that in order to optimize the header's space..

and on the upper right part you can use that grey rectangle space for ads.
