Selling PR4 Web Directory with Internal Pages PR

I have a PR4 web-directory at njmusicsociety.org. The directory is almost 3 years old .I have promoted the directory through a few SEO techniques most commonly used.It used to be a free directory.It is PR4 and has PR2 internal pages (genuine page rank).I did not really concentrate much on it hence i am selling it.

It gets 2-3 submissions per month (so it roughly makes about 20-25$month from submissions) On old design i had adsense and use to earn 2-4$/month.
I never really tried to earn from the directory.It has the potential.

A.Yes, you can remove regular listings however the featured listings must remain intact.
