2. New owner agrees not to dump the database and retain all 5000+ links.
3. Upon purchase, (a) and (b) will be removed from the site and you can replace it with anything else of your choice.
4. All incoming links from my other site(s) will stay for a period of 3 months.

Other Details:
1. Site runs PHPLD 3.0.5 - license can be transferred to the new owner through David (PHPLD).
2. Custom Template and Custom logo image.
3. Site also runs Rydium banners - i cannot give you a breakdown for this url alone as it all runs together.
4. Site is listed in many of the popular directory lists.
5. During the recent google update, the directory lost all internal pages pr but should regain it back at the next update. if u want to know why it lost the internal PR, please search the google forum here for more details.
6. You must move the site to your server within 1 week.

the links for life were sold, for a one time fee?

 

these are the "featured links" inside the directory and have been sold for a one time fee.

regular listings are free.
(when people submit a website to the directory, they can choose between the free or the paid option.
by choosing the paid option their site remains above all the other free ones)

also, there are only 2 links which are non directory submission - (1) and (2)

these will removed upon sale and you can sell any number of links you want.
