    It is still available.
    I can't guarantee any domain of loosing it's pagerank because it is sometimes unpredictable, but building the domain as a site will make the pagerank stays longer I think..

    It's no problem if your host is at Godaddy.
    The domain is registered at name.com account, so you need to sign up for name.com account code, I'll push the domain into your account. Then you can change the nameserver pointing to your host and install the site.
