Traffic are mostly from sites where I purchases a text spot. Inbound links are mostly from sites ranging from PR3-PR4. Just check on yahoo or msn for references.

Site's revenue are the listings added (3 or 4 Permanent listings). I started it as a paid directory and haven't promoted a free submissions.

The new owner have full control over the footer links and he can do whatever he wants on the links. Except for the copyright which will stay and the alpha directory link which will remain for at least 4-5 months.

Payment thru xoom, buyer/seller split the fees.

Aside from web directory, you can setup for any niche for a site to be more profitable since the name itself is highly brandable.
