Selling PR4 TV Fan/Streaming site - organic US SE traffic, unique content,

I've decided to put my beloved Dexter fan site up for sale (dexter(-)tv(dot)com). It has been getting consistent traffic - largely US - since its launch nearly 4 years ago, and has good revenue potential through CPAlead (I made $140 in the last year, with NO marketing at all).

• 223 pages listed on google
• Unique content
• 19 quizzes which have been taken 7145 times between them

Please note that the above statistics related to the show's off season! This will increase by anywhere between 25-75% during season, which is also when most of the profit will be made (out of the $140 I earned from the site in the last year, $85 was during the new season - again, please note that this was without doing any advertising what-so-ever! I have always mainly used the site as a fan site, rather than streaming/profiteering).

There is awesome earning potential here, and thanks to its high PR and search engine popularity it can be used as a powerful source of linklove for new TV sites.
