The site uses WP Auto-Robot and WP Shopping Pages!!!
I don't have a developer license for those, so PLEASE only bid if you currently have or plan on getting those licenses yourself. (I will NOT include the WP-Robot and WP Shopping Pages plugins, as it would be against their terms)

Traffic: Organic search engine, ranks very well for many solar power/solar panel related items. (As you know these items can be very expensive and this may very well continue to grow)

It is virtually impossible to find good sites for sale that generate Amazon income these days.

Payment: I will ONLY go through Escrow, or if you are willing to pay via Cashiers Check, Wire Transfer, MoneyGram or Western Union that is fine too.
I will cover half of the Escrow fees. But I will not do an unsecured PayPal transaction, it pretty much guarantees a scammer would get in on this.

I will also allow 5 days inspection period once in Escrow.

If you do Buy It Now I will take care of transferring, setup and converting all the affiliate codes/AdSense as well.

do you have traffic stats? the adsense screens don't backup the 300visits/day claim

Also traffic is mostly US, so it converts pretty well... Alexa rank in the US is less than 100,000.

 

how about the content? is there some unique content on it?

 

Site is sold as is, no unique content as it is using WP-Robot. You could explore options in adding unique content API to WP-Robot, where it would spin the posts, but that is your own choice as it may break some TOS.

You know what... I think it's a mistake to sell this now, wanted to get a dedicated server, but I'm going to close the sale and keep the site and grow it and sell it after 3 months of solid income.
