    1. who developed the programs/components?
    2. does the sale include the website and all products (chart, bar-code and simple charts)?
    3. when you say exclusive rights, do you mean that you have not sold this (website and and all product programs/components) before and will not sell this again after this sale?
    4. will the source code to the products be included?

    if yes and no other 'shocking' news, then i'll take it for $50.
