PR4 Small niche site (no maintenance) with a little revenue.

Hi,

I am selling a small niche nutrition related site.
The site url is http://www.exylitol.com
The site is about xylitol, a natural sweetener and has 5 pages of content.
All pages are PR4 and I believe that at least one will be PR5 at the next update (sitemaps showing medium pr at the crawl stats page)

Age of site: About 5 months

Revenue: The site has earned 45$ the last two months through google adsense (see screenshots below) about 22.5$ per month. I have currently removed adsense because I did a few directory submissions and I didn't want to look like a MFA.

Rankings: The site ranks good in yahoo and msn but it is still sandboxed in google, when it gets out of the sandbox traffic and revenue will increase considerably

Backlinks: I have done directory submissions and also submitted one article to about 50 article directories.
I will keep all backlinks at my sites for a minimum of three months (although I don't have it linked from any of my main sites)
I have about 1.5k of coop pointed at it and I will continue pointing it for at least three months (as a percentage)

Why I am asking more than 12 months of revenue? Simply because it's a no maintenance site with decent PR which means you can make more simply by selling links. Also when it gets out of the G sandbox I expect the revenue to double.

IS this site yours? http://www.diabetesdietblog.com/ if so, will be the backlinks removed?
I see the backlinks are already removed from http://www.gpsgazette.com/hp-announces-the-ipaq-hw6900-series/news/ for example. Can you please clarify?

I´m interested in the site, but just wanna make sure it wont be PR0 in next PR update.

Also you said about adsense revenue but there is not adsense ads in that site.

 

Hi, diabetes diet blog is mine and the link will stay. GPSgazette is also mine and the links were removed sometime ago, it's just shows in google because links aren't updated often.

I see your adsense stats little strange. 22.76$ with only 449 page impresions? Something doesn't look right to me. Can you explain?
Also your stats can't be accesed. I would like to see them.

 

You should now be able to see the stats, (I forgot the privacy level)
About the revenue, it had high CTR with a decent CPC, that's why the ECPM is high.

 

I guess there isn't any interest and I am not willing to sell for the prices offered so consider this sale thread closed.
