    Depends on traffic and revenue, hard to say without the domain.

    Some say 10 x monthly revenue is a good valuation.

    It's not only about the PR4 rank, it's about the revenue and the traffic that it gets daily. Also watch out it might be a fake PR4.

    Yep.. traffic and revenue means far more than PR (..unless your looking at a PR6+ site :p).
