    template is not unique but very nice. the links in footer needs to stay. also its verson 2.1 but 2.2 is free now so buyer could always do a update. Also there is 2158 approved links now. if your interested please pm me i am sure we can work out a sweet deal. thanks

    Since the BIN is $200, isn't LeetDesigns supposed to be the one saying SOLD, for lower bids? :)
