    I want to sell this site because I don't have time and money to promote it and
    I have other projects that need lots of work.
    The site has 10-20 uniques daily but they are very targeted.

    yes I spend a voucher on google adwords.. but seems that no sales on that day.
    I forgot about the links.. I had a lot of work(on other sites) and I forgot to make those 2 pages.. I will make them for the buyer.
