I checked archive.org and found that this pagerank is fake.
Before lastest pagerank update it was redirected to another sites ang grab its pagerank, then after pagerank update it gets the page rank of the site where it was redirected, and then you or someone canceled the redirection and create a content. It now have pagerank 4 until google find that redirection was canceled or until new pagerank update. This is just obvious trick that lot of seller do to sell website with fake pagerank.

The pagerank has been valid since I purchased the domain and has been that way even with the pr update of last month. If you feel this is a scam oh well don't buy. I've checked the pagerank at http://www.checkpagerank.net/index.php?name=get-usable.net
and it says it's valid

 

Sorry i read that you purchased it so you probably get scammed too,
well you can use lot of those websites that try to show if the pagerank is valid, but they do not 100% work, what they do is only they look if the input domain name xyz.com get result in google.com when they add "site:xyz.com" . If the first result is xyz.com it means that the domain isnt now redirected and the pagerank is valid.
But like i said before, now it is no redirected, but it was before, it got pagerank of another domain, and after pagerank update someone canceled the redirection so the pagerank looking valid now even if you check in other sites that trying to validate the real pagerank.
