    I'm looking to sell off a retirement planning site that's been sitting around idle on my server for some time..

    It's PR4, has 164 links pointing to it.. and is listed in some strong directories including seoma.net, linksjuice.com, webahead.net and kamsdir.com.

    ALL articles are unique!

    Assume no traffic.

    Revenue stats from Text Link Ads;

    March - $48.02
    Feb - $43.77

    There is no adsense revenue.

    I'm not in a rush to sell this.

    Opening offer is $250. BIN is set to $500
