PR4 Resource Site - Worth?

    I was wanting to see how much my site would be able to sell for as I do not have a clue and am interested to know for the future. It has a PR4 and has traffic of around 150 uniques a day without any advertising. Mainly from google and sites using my free templates/ skins. Revenue is minimal with around $12 last month of adsense.

    It looks like others have written the articles on your site and your SEOMoz page strength is 2.5.

    If your revenue is what you say it is and the rest of your site is unique/original, I could see it fetching you $300 or more.

    Would selling banner and text links be something worth looking into? I can have banner ads display on every page or only on certain ones and display above or below content. If this is worth doing what do you reckon is reasonable to charge for a month , 150+ uniques a day.
