Selling PR4 Proxy Site Making $100/Month for Quick Sale

I purchased the site last year and I have made around $800 Without any work of the site. I just take a look at it when there is a new advertisement to add or remove. This is a Proxy site and it's Very Brandable.

I am using only two ways to monetize the site, one is AdSense and Other is Text Links ads.
Adsense make around $10/Month and Text Links Ads make around $87/Month ( Screen shot Proof Attached). I also have sold one more link for $15/3month which ads another $5 per month and makes it $103 but i am taking it as $1000 due to the fluctuations in Adsense. I am also using Bizvertiser whic as given me $6 in two months but I am not adding it in revenue. You can sell links and make more money however if you don't do it, you will will be making $100/month without any hard work.

I have also attached the GA Stats Screeshot of six months which says the site gets on an average of 10000 Unique Visitors that is all from US and Canada. You can see there s a fluctuation in the traffic after December as I started trying CPA ads on the site. Which gave me additional of around $30 in a month. But as the Traffic of the site started declining, I stopped it and now the traffic is picking up again. currently it is around 6000 to 7000.

I am in need of Fund for some reason. I want to be clear about the payment process.
