    Hi,
I want to sell my PR4 predicted strong web bidding directory. I bought the site a week ago but I need some money very badly so i'm selling it back :(. Site has a custom design made by the previous owner named SMUB.
Here is the thread where I bought it.Here
I've Done some manual submissions by myself and submitted to almost all directories which were and are announced in Dp. Site has backlinks from my strong directory AndrosWeb and my personal blog Ilogak, which will remain after the site is sold.
    URL : LinkWide
    PR4 Predicted according to iWebtool.com
    iWebTool
Site has more than 1,309 backlinks and alexa rank of 924,611.
And PS is of 2.0 Click Here.
Site made only $21 revenue. just making one announcement at DP.
Domain has about 10 months left and registered in n4me.com (free push).
The estimate value of the site is $1,069 according to Smartpagerank.com.
    Smart Page Rank.
    Starting Bid : $200
    Min.Increments : $10
Bin : $500 or make me an offer.
If you have any kind of questions feel free to ask or pm me.
NOTE: Only a custom design costs more than $150.

    Thanks :)

Your bid is below the starting bid. If you give me a good price I may sell it for you otherwise I have to keep it ;)

it has little revenue, and very low traffic so it means little promotion has been done, therefore more money will be needed to even make revenue.

its hard for me to justify spending that amount. I could spend $150 for a PR7 link that would give me predicted PR5, and get a cheaper template. so in a few months time i would have better PR, better traffic due to higher PR, a better TLD domain, and more income.

you didnt buy the site for anywhere near $300 so flipping a site like that and hoping for so much more when you have made few changes wont happen.

My website is valued at $13000 according to smart page rank, but i only got a $200 bid for it on sitepoint.

go sell your site on sitepoint, they sell for much more than here.

I have to agree with Mikey about the value.
I've checked the previous thread and it looks like you paid $170. I'll go to $170 so you've not lost anything.
