PR4 (predicted PR5) Blog With Traffic + Revenue For Sale

    I'm looking to sell a PR4 blog with traffic and revenue in the 'make money online' niche. Please PM for URL - looking for offers.

    - PageRank 4 (predicted PR5 with over 2,000 backlinks counted, more on the way)
    - 36 pages indexed in Google, 40 in Yahoo receiving search engine traffic
    - Average 163 visits/day, although this is declining because my posting frequency has slowed - with more posting the figures will pick up.
    - ReviewMe revenue - 3 days in, $35 in completed reviews.
    - For what its worth, DNScoop values domain at $1,590

    Site has no sold links on it, so you're free to sell as many as you want. I have only started accepting reviews through ReviewMe over the last few days and have already raised an average of around $10/day from that. My prediction of monthly revenue, including selling text links and with ReviewMe reviews is a conservative $350.00.

    Aside from that the site has a nice design with custom logo and also plenty of plugins already installed for extra monetization, etc.

    Has a steady RSS subscription of around 6 even though my posting frequency has never really taken off. Reason for selling? Lack of time to create the posts.

    Overclock, I agree - see 'for what it is worth' in the post. Of course, dnscoop is only looking at the domain name from an objective point of view, rather than looking at the site on the whole.
