This is our own paid directory site with a PR4 where we placed our uniquely designed phpld templates for free use for anyone in the blog section of the site. At the moment we just don't have time to take care of all our sites that we launched and selling some of them to make some room for other projects. The ads were published last week so assume no revenue from them at the moment. There is some revenue from the links placed on the site, aprox $7 a month plus the revenue from orders which arrived for phpLD templates via this site.

PHPLDWEEKLY.com is a paid directory and it hasn't got many links on it yet, but having PR4 it can attract a lot of submitters with the proper promotion especially since it is a PR4 directory. The directories are known to be a good method of getting profit from a site. The site is perfect for those who know how to monetize a directory and also for those who need a site to show their free phpLD templates and want to get some jobs in this field. The templates on the site can be monetized also if you care to edit them like making them sponsored templates or attach a database of site links back to the sites you need or other methods if you know any methods related to this area of activity.
The buyer will get the site's content, domain name, plus all the content of the site including the phpLD themes and FEEDBURNER. The templates are a good method to promote yourself as you can make the templates sponsored and thus get more backlinks and advertising of your or any other sites. Also you get the unique template that is now on the site and the wordpress theme on the blog section where the free templates are displayed. The site is on the free 2.x version of phpLD so you don't have to purchase a license to have this template displayed on your server.

The ads were placed a few days ago and no revenue from them yet. We did not consider monetizing it as it was just to promote our services and to attract clients for whom we made custom phpLD templates and it also served to present a few of our works, but judging by the traffic it gets, numerous sites linking back and other, the site has potential to be monetized in the hands of theone who knows more about it than we do

From this website we made 1-3 custom phpLD templates per month, which means $250-$750.

Traffic Details
A lot of traffic comes from US and that gives us a pretty decent Compete rank. The screenshots will give you an idea of the traffic quantity received in the last months. It got an average of 1500-2500 visitors per months and each visitor made more than 2.5 pages per visit.
