All right, this time I want to cut down the time waste and am pasting the URL for all to see:

    http://www.30d.net/

    yahoo! "linkdomain:" search results

    Google "site: command" results

I own this site and will help with the hosting transfer. The IBls will be left intact for a full six months from the purchase. Amongst these backlinks are 35 strong PR5 links pointing to the inner category pages and a couple of dozen other PR6-PR5 links pointing to the index page. All in all, I was waiting for the next PR update before selling this site.

I have co-op ads on the footer of this site, and it is producing a very stable 54k of network weight. this will be yours forever since I am selling the whole site.

    My BIN price is $2500.

Minimum bid for the auction is $1200. Once this bid is reached I'll announce when the auction will close. Just post here, if you have any questions or concerns.

Edit: Regarding the backlinks and what will happen to them after six months, a great portion of them are from directories and will be permanent. We have three guys in India working full-time on two dozen sites gathering backlinks from directories. This is one of those sites. As for the exact percentage, I can't say with certitude, as we don't waste time counting links : )

    I hate to be a stickler, but that isn't a $2,500 site or even a $1000 site.

The navigation is confusing the the colors are off. I see no compelling reason to buy this site for your listed prices.

If you add this site into the co-op, you get 54k of network weight. 54k of network weight means 5-10,000+ backlinks.

Now, how much would you pay for 10,000 backlinks across thousands of IPs. The value is in what the site can do for your primary site (if you have one, that is... with potential).

The site is fully indexed and has *a lot* of pages and is all ligit content. No spam. The colors can be changed easily.

Well, thanks for making the comment anyway. No worries, if it doesn't sell.

    1) What is the current daily/weekly unique traffic
    2) What does "54k" mean

Why oh why does it have to be a Pharmacy site. I would give it serious consideration if it was anything else.
Incidently I was under the impression Pharmacy sites were not allowed on the coop network.

You're not allowed to run ads about pharmacy sites, but you are allowed to run ads on a pharmacy site, giving you more weight to use elsehwere.

Well that's splitting hairs, that site is full of pharmacy adds promoting those products.....would the same hold true for porn sites. I don't want my adds on either type of site.

Sorry spdude for butting in like this but I think an important issue has been raised here.
As I said any other type of site and I would be very interested.

There was a thread going on about this in the coop forum. I don't think it's splitting hairs, I think more people didn't want ads on their site about porn, Rx, etc, and that that is the bigger issue.

I personally don't really care where my ad runs, I care more about what runs on my site.

How much money does this site make per month?

The price looks high, but it could well be justified if you make money on it currently.

Do you have any figures that could support this opening price?

Just for the record, I am wavering on being interested!

I agree. that's all what i care for. I would not want my site to show links to any Rx or Adult links, and at the same time, do not care where do I get linked from.

Starbug, Detailed PM sent with new proposal. You might like what I just sent :)

The co-op ads on Rx site issue is a real one, and I respect the concern of those that brought it up. Although, many have expressed that they do not care being linked to from a site like the one I was selling in this thread, I would tend to agree slightly with the other group also. As such, I'll be removing the site from the co-op when I get a chance earlier next week. The buyer can do whatever they want with the site once ownership has been transfered (if the site ever sells, that is).

Personally, I never saw it as a potential issue when I added the site to the co-op (it just never crossed my mind.. my mistake), nor when I presented it as a possible selling point for the site itself.

In any case, to those who said, had the theme been different, they would have been interested, just keep your eyes open!

I have a dozen other sites with similar size and slightly less PR. One such site is ready for selling now (PR4 funny pictures theme)... the others will be up for sale after the next PR update, whenever it is. PM me, if you're interested in the one ready for sale now.
