Selling PR4 - New PC Games Review Site - Page 1 Rankings, Big Potential, AVG CPC $0.14

I created this site very recently with the intention of flipping it once I got it to or near page 1 for its domain. I have bigger sites to focus on though fancied trying out some mini-niche website flipping in my spare time. Site is built on a modified premium wordpress theme, and is optimized to convert traffic info revenue.

To monetize the site, I have placed adsense ads and an Amazon Pre-Order Widget in the bar on the right, and an affiliate banner for a well known games site at the bottom of each post. You are also able to add an affiliate button at the bottom of the post from within the wordpress control panel, i.e. you can have a button that says "pre order" at the bottom of the post, per game, should you wish, that leads to a direct game page on Amazon or anywhere else you want. All content is 100% unique, and is outsourced @ $1 per 100 words. Full details will be passed on to the winner.

Its a PC games review, previews, news site and is already ranking well for several keywords including:

Top 10 PC Games - 4rd
Top PC Games - 6th
Best PC Games - 27th
New PC Games - 214th
PC Games - Biggest search term by far. 450,000 exact monthly searches. (In the top 300)
Top 10 Computer Games - 21st
Best Horror Games For PC - 22nd
Best Driving Games For PC - 40th
PC games top 10 - 20th

Site is under one month old and is already PR4! All posts are getting genuine pingbacks/links too

Have attached analytics. Note the top referrer is one of my other sites, though as you can see the site is already starting to get search engine traffic, and around 15% is direct on a daily basis.
