PR4 Myspace site over 13 months old, $5000+ rev. to date

    BIN: $3500

    This site was launched April 20th, 2006. In the last year it's made over $5000. I have never really touched the site AT ALL... meaning I've never advertised, added any content or even really link exchanged. It's a great domain though and well aged.
    I've used YPN, Adsense and Valueclick. I don't have traffic stats for the past few months because I moved servers but luckily I took the screenshot in Feb. before I transferred.

    329 uniques, 1347 pages
    adsense: $3.25
    Valueclick: ~$1.00

    I will post screenshots tommorrow since 1 day of analytics is surely not definitive.

    Basically, with adsense you'll make $150/month and YPN probably double.

    I also have 2 other sites for sale both PR5, one of which made over $50,000 last year, the other about $5K.
