PR4 Myspace (MSRS) Site. 1000+ uniques/day

Hi,

I offer the site LayoutGraphics.net for sale .
It gets 1000+ uniques per day (with no advertising at all since 2 months ago).

The domain has 825,147 Alexa ranking, 2,451 backlinks (iwebtool) and 8215 link pop and is PR4!

It has made $440 with adsense since july 6. Now it's making less than in the past because i removed the images near the adsense code. If you have YPN it might be better.

A LOT of content packages were purchased and implemented in the site.
Legal license transfer of the script (Greg's script).

Traffic: October September

Awstats does not show uniques properly for these sites, do you have any other stats software? My Myspace site shows 8-10k in Awstats but about 2500 in statcounter and just over 2000 in analytics. Awstats number of visits seems to be more reflective of my pageviews that Statcounter and analytics shows.

As i mentioned, all traffic at the moment is naturall and not boosted with bulletins.. The traffic also get bigger and bigger every day.
When i did advertise it used to make $10-$30 a day.

Lot of potential here. If I wanted another MSRS and I had the cash i'd consider.

 

Based on the current profit $600 ~ seems like a fair price...

Seiya - Ye right.. Give me a site like this (PR, Natural traffic of 1000+/d NOT boosted by bulletins, backlinks, $300 script, purchased content etc') for $600 and i'll buy it from you...

Anyone can boost revenue with bulletins.. What's left for the buyer after the purchase is what matters, and i choose going the honest way... Anyone that know what he's doing with myspace sites will see the real value of this site.

Simply: layoutgraphics.net returns 2 pages of results, none of which have backlinks worthwhile.

Anyway if you pointed some coop to it and then looked up backlinks on msn it doesnt really count, or w/e it is that shows you 8,000 quality backlinks....

On iWebtool (besides their messed up PR checker) you can see 2,430 pages linking to the site. You can't call it none-quality because these are the profiles' links that brings in a lot of traffic to the site, day by day - A traffic that is only growing with time. Traffic that will continue to come and grow because it's not being relied on bulletins.

 

For me those awstats and webalizer stats just don't add up...not saying they are fake but just seems quite a bit off to me. Maybe your stat software is broken or something.

 

Well, take your opinions elsewhere. It's one thing trying to ruin my sales thread, but accusing me in fake stats, and not answering what i'm answering you, but making up accusations that are based on NOTHING (but your imagination) is crossing a red line.

I made a post on how awstats treat myspace stats a few days ago. Another posted has confirmed my findings and conclusion. Basically, as your site serves a high percentage of cursor files, your uniqies and visits stats are highly skewed.

 

Not that it has anything to do with my sales thread, but it seems like it's not a sales thread anymore, so how about Webalizer ( http://www.layoutgraphics.net/webalizer.png ) ?

 

Posting as much info as possible would help me make a decision on a bid. Webalizer would be nice.
