    I have PR4 adsense website for sell with About 936 pages indexed in google.
    Last month adsense earning was around $400. But I was able to earn total $610 from selling links and other advertising (You can sell more links) only from this site.

    What are you looking to get for it? You realize you will not be getting anything in the atmosphere of 25k like you mention. Not unless you can show that this site CONSISTENTLY has made that amount and does not show any trend of dropping etc..
