    Selling this due to time constraints, I am currently working on a number of other projects and want to get rid of it so I can focus on them.

    Alright, the buyer should assume 0 revenue and next to 0 traffic. The value comes from the domain, script, content, pagerank and template really. As mentioned in the title, PR4, it also has a few bands signed up on the Jamroom subscription.

    Buyer will receive the full site files as it is now, the subscription to Jamroom, and the new coded template + logo. The template is fully valid XHTML/CSS, with a logo, but has a couple small glitches in IE (.psd's for everything included).
