:O This is wrong dear. You are on the wrong way... PR4 in two months can only be possible with black hat but that may cause you later problems of spam.
Try building traffic first, PR isn't so important. You can have a lot of visitors on the blog but a low traffic. Those two aren't so close connected.
The PR toolbar is not always accurate as google have the correct PR of any site which is not disclosed. If you want to increase PR go for high pr links and or a 301 redirect from another site which will also help.
I doubt that anyone will be able to explain all of that in a forum post. That kind of information is what Google was built for. It took me a little over 6 months to even get a firm grasp on SEO. If you want a crash course I recommend doing some Google searches for "SEO basics".
Links. You need high PR links. A few PR5 links (2 to 3) can send you to a PR4 ranking in no time. Start building links. Do not worry about content until you start getting some traffic. Just throw up a paragraph and a Youtube video. That's all you need. Now, get some backlinks pointing to your homepage and make sure they stick. That's all there is to it. Once you start getting traffic, then improve your content and monetize. Links, links, links!
Well, yes high pr links are cool - there are places to get them easily if you dont do adult or real estate lol (that's my experience) and so - its always best to build websites on which you leave links than to build up on leaving link on other's ppl websites - even if its cool it should be just part of your doings. btw. just imagine you network of blogs just went to hell because some blog network went down - it's not funny if you had xxx blogs... even if you have a copy of your postings its still a pain. Where in real world you just switch host.
bro i tell you the right way just buy some high quality 2 x PR6 edu backlink on actual page and 3xpr5 backlinks on actual edu blog it cost you but its good investment if you want to raise your PR 5 with in some weeks
A PR mean nothing without backlinking.. You have to have good backlink in order for PR to mean something. Don't be fouled by PR.
If your aim is SEO, then you shouldn't be after page rank, do your work according to requirement of SEO and your page rank would automatically be increased in next page rank update.
quality of backlinks always matters and making your blog seo friendly will help you to achieve such target.
if you get a link from a real pr6 site, your site will automaticaly be a pr4, just take a look at a pagerank table
