Selling PR4 (home page) and 18 pages PR3 (medical topic - Romanian)

Sell full site with the domain name.
Traffic is not important (about 150 vizitors a day), but if you have other sites in the same field (medicine / health) you could easily and rapidly raise your PR up to PR3 (if you place for example only one link on a PR 3 page - toward your site - no other outbound links, in the next 3 months your site will gain PR 3 for sure - the same, you could get PR4 if you handle the issue with the home page). In addition, I am going to continue updating content for the site upon a monthly fee to be discussed (the main site visitors are students at a local medicine University) and I am very familiar with this industry.
The age of site is almost 3 years old.

Ma descurc pe plan local. Ma intelegi ... colegii mei vad informatia despre cursuri pe site si ma stiu. Mai capat si eu ceva pe cursuri pentru ca le ofer. Din AdSense nu iese mare lucru.
