    Revenue = TLA @ $30.00 a month ( Text link ads.com )

    Other revenue = I have sold some text links on the site ( they must stay till expire )

    Adsense = about $10 - $12 a month

    Reason I am selling = I have too much stuff, time to focus

    BIN Price = $250
    ( little less then ten months rev )
