PR4 Hollywood Gossip Site Making $70+ a Month Great Domain

I have an established Hollywood Gossip Blog with a super brandable domain that I've done nothing with for the past 5 months and has still consistently made $60-$100 per month. If someone were to actually start posting again and maybe even promote it I'm sure they could do better.

It's been around since May of 2006. I do no advertising. All I pay is hosting fees. Cheap!

I dont understand how you want $1200 or offers over that- Maybe I dont understand but income has been falling so calculating by August income you should be looking for close to $470.00- How many months of income are you looking for exactly? Intrested in the site but don't think 2.5yrs worth of income makes sense for this site.

beautyinmd - I'm looking at the potential for income. If you base it off this month already it's made $50 and should keep right on going. I've done no posting and no promoting, plus the domain name is a quality name. I'm ideally looking for 2 years income but definitely looking at all offers. Here are some images of stats. (PS, let me know if I'm following adsense TOS with that screenshot, I think I am) Traffic is almost all from search engines. I don't buy any traffic.

As you can see the stats have decline over the months, but the site is still PR4, well over a year old, and makes money passively. If you did something with the site, it could definitely go places.

In that case, not updating the site too often would not have an affect on traffic stats. There is no active link building going on (or having stopped), so I am still baffled by the almost linear drop in traffic month over month. Hope you can shed some light.
