PR4 Health website for sale

For those of you who like to only pay 10-12 months revenue for a website this is not for you so please don't bash the price/thread.

Its on ebay, so you can check it out and PM me any questions like CPC etc, it is a sleeping giant I believe and for those of you looking for a health site to develop this site is setup and ready to earn a lot of money, just needs promotion and more traffic.

Designed and built by doctors in New Zealand this back/neck pain website has potential to earn you a nice income given the time/energy/resources needed to promote and develop it.

These doctors and others who provided content have given you full rights on their work?

 

Yes, all content was either written by the group of doctors or in the case of a couple of articles a few were used with permission. As is normal in this field, often the articles on globalspine were used on other sites with permission.

There was a board(I say board I am sure there was a better term for it) of medical professionals that read and accepted every article on the site, its all been vetted by specialists in their field.

The original owner was a doctor in New Zealand and the "board" consisted of members from the UK and Europe who would only publish/write articles that they had approved.

When I found it for sale I knew 25k was pissing in the wind, but I liked the design/style and content seeing as it was written by experts in their field.

The domain expired and I fought for a few months to buy the domain and all original content. I bought the domain overpriced as I tried to snap it but no avail.

Once I had the domain after negotiation I then bought all right and ownership of the design/content/website from the original owner of the website. Did a google re-inclussion request and it has around the same traffic as was stated in the priginal sales thread.

Do you have any demographics stats like where the visitors are coming from?

 

Unfortunately not, its not on a normal hosting a/c, however I can offer 7 days of log files if an interested party wanted to look closer at the traffic to analyse it using their own program.
I guess traffic is a mixture of old links as the site has a lot of old links, and search engines.

 

Looks like a healthy balance between google uk and com for visitors since the site was put back together in February.

I think it did have on coop advert pointing to it from one of my older accounts but maybe only a few hundred in coop weight pointing at it, the site is not running coop.
