    The domain is a NON Dropped Domain, so you guess the value of it. Its not a cheap dropped domain, will be very good for a blog network if you are building one.

    PR is not guaranteed for the next updates.

    And So the cost is only 30USD otherwise a PR4 domain would cost more than 100USD(with PA/DA etc)

    You can further build links to protect its PR or use it for backlinking purposes
