    This is a new site with imported database, right? The domain name is registered on Nov 30th 2009, but the site has posts since January 2009. Also zero readers by feedburner. I assume zero traffic, right?
    Please confirm or post additional details, as currently I only see value on the domain name, not on the whole website.

    Yep - this was the Grand Wayne Convention Centre in Fort Wayne Indiana - the PR will fall like a rock come January - that is unless of course the new owner has some info about the prior centre - might be best to simply leave it as a tourist destination site or something - courtesy of waybackmachine
