    I have a PR4 Health blog for sale that is over 5 years old and has 77 unique articles.

    It does get a little traffic and earns through adsense, amazon and advertising sales.

    It has maintained its same PR for years as does have strong enough backlinks. Although it does not have a keyword domain, it ranks for keywords through the various articles which this area can be improved upon since I haven't done any link building for the site in a long time.
