PR4 General Web Directory - Possibly for Sale

I have a PR4 directory which is possibly for sale.

The backlinks have come from PHPLD template sponsorship.

The site has pretty much broke even for me so far this year, I've run some advertising with limited success. Honestly, this is out of my niche, and I don't have time to develop the site properly.

I've been fairly selective on the sites I've let in, and there's lots of room for the directory to grow.

To be honest, I'm not sure what it's worth, but will be willing to consider all offers.

Would probably need at least $1,000 to make this worth my while.

Gross Revenue: About $600 so far this year, however I've probably spent that much on advertising as well.

 

Traffic on the site generally comes from links on other directories...
