PR4 gadgets and technology site - for lease or sell

OK, we're talking about this site: Gadgetroad

It's a PR4 gadgets blogs started in Jan 2007, with 500+ articles on it and 12k+ backlinks in Yahoo. Unfortunately, i haven't had time to continue with the site since last summer.

Currently the site has like 100+ visitors everyday , most of them from SE (had 1000+ back in its days), ~150 RSS subscribers and makes around $45 from Adsense alone (but you can use other monetising methods, of course).

Anyway, I'm looking to lease this site to someone who would make the most out of it. I'm thinking about $100 a month. If you're interested, please contact me by PM for further discussions. Only serious people pls.

PS: I might be even considering selling for a good price, but it won't be cheap

Leasing is not a good idea, it will create too many problems. You should set a price and sell this site.

 

I'm not really looking for selling this site... Cause considering the amount of work I've put in it back in its days, I'm sure nobody would pay the price i would ask for it.

Anyway, the benefit of you leasing this site is that you could use an already, well let's say established, site to increase your earnings. You don't have to start right from the scratch.

@ohmannomma: yes, there would. You could change whatever you want on the site, in some common sense limits of course.

Sold i lease it for 100 US a month no problem BUT you have to give me credit for one month. You record on DP is not very big but you can see my record is pretty clear. I will pay you 100 US the 1 of JUNE.

I guess you will give me admin and such so i can put my ads?

Why didn't you go for Yellowberry's deal?

 

100 visitors a day isnt that much, especially since people are selling sties with that amount of visitors for less than $100.

PR4 is however pretty good, not sure its worth waht you are asking for though, especailly since average revenue is half of what you are leasing it for.

How often is it updated now?

It would help if we could see some possibility of how we can re monetise this!

According to yahoo site explorer you only have one page. Is there a reason behind that? I am interested in buying. Please post the amount. I promise I wont laugh.
