PR4 - Free, No Linkback/Email Required Proxy Directory

I am replacing my web based proxy by a proxy directory website. Currently the main page is PR4:

Chances are if you are a proxy owner and have submitted your proxy to major proxy directory, your website is already inside our directory.

We screen scrape other directories for website and only include free/life and web based proxies.
