    If you would take away the reciprocal you would get a few quality submissions. Most people do not want to link back to a directory as it does nothing for you SEO wise to do that.

    Not many would be interested to submit their sites if your dir requires reciprocal link of any kind.

    Yes I would like to submit but I see no free option. When I submit as regular link it goes to a blank page so something is also not working correctly on your site.

    Please advise when fixed and I will submit
