Selling PR4 Free Blogger Template Site First Page Google

Hi All and for sale is a blogger template site I bought last year and have not done anything to it.
The website has massive potential and will do great in the right hands but unfortunately, I am the wrong person to do it, why?
1. I have not the slightest clue how blogger works, the seller promised help support but I did not receive anything and at so, I could not do anything with it.
2. You have to upload themes to keep it fresh. Since I do not know how to use blogger, i had no idea how to upload anything to the site.

When I bought the site, the alexa was in 200k range and PR0. I did some backlinking and SEO promotion to it (standard practice that i do for all my sites and that I am very good at), It is now a PR4 site and ranks page one on google dot com and google uk for new blogger templates.
I initially bought the site for $600 but I am willing to take offers below that price and the asking price, I just want the site to go to the right person.
The site was making some adsense revenue at the time of purchase but I have not added my adsense code as i don't know how to do it
I honestly believe the site will do very well with buy and sell ads when properly cleaned up and maintained but like I said, I am the wrong person for it.
Domain is with godaddy and I will push to the godaddy account.

how much Uniques you get. When the previous seller was selling this it has Huge Traffic.

 

Hi Alizee, yes the site had alexa around 200k range but i do not know the uniques as for now the traffic is decreased significantly as you can see from alexa due to the lack of updates and attention shown to the site. It still averages around 100-250 views daily.

Are you able to provide the previous sales copy with perhaps stats etc to see where the traffic was coming from and how the site was being managed? What did they do to get the 200k as it seems like you have done more work (SEO and getting ranked for keywords) for the website but the alexa has dropped.

Also how much did the previous seller say the website was making?

 

I cannot find the documents that were sent to me (I changed from PC to Mac early this year)
But from what I can vividly remember,traffic was coming from SE for some low keywords and from theme directories. The previous owner was a theme designer and was easier for him to manage upload themes, I have no clue about blogger or blogger themes so I have just left it ever since. Since I was not promoting, managing and uploading new themes, traffic has dropped significantly but my SEO effort has been rewarded with a PR4 and Page one google for new blogger templates.
