PR4 Forum Needs Owner, Will Work to Sustain Rank

We rescued this great domain name off the scrap heap about a year ago and gave responsibility to an individual to manage it. He let us down.

The site is http://christmasboard.com -- a PR4 site that has achieved it's rankings because we've worked hard to connect it within our niche, which is Christmas. While it is well linked, it is NOT well visited. It's not well visited because it's not well managed. We believe there is a future for this domain and we want it to remain within our family of holiday-related affiliates if we can sell it to the right person.

If you are the right person, we will keep you linked within our network of 28 Christmas related sites. The site had 4000 visits in December 2006, and this was without any kind of management whatsoever. We know that if it were actively managed we could have three times that many on a regular basis and about 20 times that many during Oct, Nov and Dec (we know this because we have 3 other similar forums that are managed well and doing this at a minimum).

Our plan for this site was to develop it as kind of a younger gathering place for Christmas enthusiasts. We have four other active forums -- one is geared towards crafters, another towards 40-somethings, another general forum tied to our largest portal, and yet another geared towards Christmas in music and movies. This site needs a new design and an active "voice" to draw the younger crowd.

What we're offering is an extraordinary opportunity for someone to own a ranked site right now and build it into something. We will sell this site for $250. I might consider private offers via PM for it.
