    you mention that the scripts running the site are licensed - fine, but how about the flash games themselves? are they public domain? or 'lifted'?

    Script itself has a great admin panel. They can easily upload them by selecteng game and thumb from their computer and then click on upload buton. I can demenstrate an example to the buyer about that. If they have time thet can easily upload games..
