Selling PR4 Finance Blog - $90mth Income (pontential for much more!)

    I am looking to sell my finance blog.

    It is page rank 4, with many page rank 3 subpages.

    I have had the domain since I registered the domain 11th of October 2008. I have been building the blog since then and until last month had been focusing on Adsense for income.

    However over the last month I have branched out into paid blog posts, which has significantly increase the income from this blog.

    September Income Breakdown:

    Private Paid Blog Posts: $48
    Paid Reviews Through SponsoredReviews.com: $26
    Adsense: $11
    1 Link In Old Post: $6

    Total: $91

    Plus... I still have another $6 to be paid, and a couple of people who want paid posts and will be getting back to me. (If you buy before they do, you get their money)

    I haven't tried selling blog roll links or paid links, which you could probably get another $50 a month from.

    I am looking for $750, because most websites sell for 10 times monthly income. However, I dont have a long track record for income, however I believe their is good value in the potential text link income, and the PR4 blog.

    The monthly revenue has only been for this month as I have had only been focusing on adsense before that - wishing I had started selling blog posts earlier.

    I just received another $6 in income, from a paid blog posts.

    Everyone, who has asked for information has been contacted
