    I bought this site on kind of an impulse buy. I have 2 other websites. I have decided the other two sites are more of what i am interested in.
    I am selling this site.
    I paid $650. Willing to sacrifice for less because the PR disappeared with the last update. But first, let me list some of the best things about this site that were not included in the original owner's description:
    Site's Alexa has improved in the last month: It has gone from 700K last month, to 1-21-08: 567,799, 1-22-08 552,994

    The site is averaging 2,200 Unique visitors/month. That is with NO advertising or ppc. It gets its traffic from organic seo and it's been stumbled.
    The website has high search engine ranking for many keywords.

    I then received an offer of $400 from tacobueno.
    There was no traditional bidding from anyone, so the first taker got the site. And can you believe the domain name and website files and database files have already beeen transfered!
