    I've decided to sell my website after the success of the others here on DP.

    Through my website, I sell an exclusive, 70 page e-Book for $19.95 USD that details how to successfully combine AdWords and Clickbank to create an instant, automated sales stream. The e-Book was written exclusively for the website by a professional online author, although we retain exclusive rights to all the content. It is not available anywhere else and of course, these rights will be transferred to the new owner(s).

    The website is making $1000 to $1150 a month in profit. It has been making at least $1000 profit for the past 5 months and I have receipts etc to prove. I use PayPal for payment.

    I run the website single-handedly and advertise it through Google Adwords (PPC, or pay per click). This costs between $250 and $290 per month - these are the *only* costs. There is no P&P, no manual labor, no hard-sell. I only put in about 2 hours a week, on average. There is no need to put in more than that as everything is on auto-pilot. Advertising the website has NEVER cost me more than $300 in a single month.

    I will show the buyer how to run the website themselves and am offering free support for 90 days after purchase, for nothing! So everything that I've done you can copy with my help. :D

    Hi, PM me know the URL and any other information you feel is important. For the ebook, what is its life cycle? In other words, when will the content have to be revised/rewritten/updated?

    You do know that Clickbank doesn't accept the adwords + clickbank ebooks anymore?
