PR4 Domain - Good Development Potential

I believe I've had content on the site since October. While I was an editor with the Suite101 network, I launched this blog to showcase Suite articles from various writers (mostly just promoted to other writers there to let them find interesting things from their fellow network writers). I then converted it into more of a personal blog, but still linking heavily to their articles, with that being the main focus. Now that I've resigned to pursue better things, I have no use for the site or the domain.

Possible Uses

The domain name does have some decent potential in at least three industries that come to mind:

1. Travel (as in hotel suites)
2. Software (as in software suites)
3. Business (anything from specifically business travel to business software to business officespace)

Pagerank

The site's showing as a PR4, but I'm not going to swear to it, b/c I just took a redirect off of it (had it pointing to my biz site for a month or so when I quit posting). I know it was a PR3 or 4 when I redirected it (thinking 4), and that's what things are showing for it now, but I don't know how exactly that works b/c of it being temporarily redirected).

History

The site also has additional history besides my use. In 2001 it was apparently a business-oriented site, and in 2002 it was something called ClickandPay (some kind of payment processing thing). Through 2004 it looks like it was registered, but not really being used.

Stats / Income

Stats are low, b/c it was only promoted to Suite101 writers that wanted to take advantage of it for links for the most part. I did very little to try to monetize it, so the income was pretty much nonexistent. From January through April, it was just about 100 uniques / month, with 600-2800 pageviews / month (no stats for May, b/c it was being redirected). I'll send a screenshot if anyone wants to see it, but like I said... nothing exciting on the stats front.

There's no BIN or starting bid, or even a specific end time. If you'd like it, make a bid. I'll close it sometime likely today or tomorrow.

Thanks. There's just a standard blog template on there now for Wordpress. If the buyer wants the content for whatever reason, more power to them. I have no other use for it, so they're welcome to it if they feel like simply keeping it as a blog.

And btw, didn't mention it before but there's no minimum / reserve on this. It's just one of several domains I want to get rid of, because I've been overextending myself and don't feel like renewing them when I won't use them in the foreseeable future.

 

I didn't realize it before, but going through the rest of my domains to see what I want to unload, it looks like I have the .net version of SuiteSite as well. So whoever wins the primary domain will also get that as well. I obviously have no use for it sitting around.
